Billy was born and raised in New York. He moved to Atlanta when he was 18. Billy is fluent in Spanish and English and loves to make people smile and laugh. He is a cat person who has been with Wesley for 8 years. He has over 20 years of experience in customer service.

Rose Moreira | Personal Leasing Consultant
Rose Moreira was born in NY and raised in Panama City, Panama. Rose comes with over 10 years of experience in retail and commercial business. Her goal is to provide 5 Star customer service. Rose is excited, eager to learn, and grow with the Wesley Family. On her free time she enjoys her family, dogs, playing soccer with her son, and loves to exercise.

Mario Barriga | Personal Leasing Consultant
Mario Barriga has been working for Wesley Apartment Homes for one year now and has been in the industry for 17 years. He is originally from Ecuador and he loves meeting new people and facing new challenges. During his free time Mario enjoys reading, spending time at the gym and enjoying quality time with his family.

Bonnie Mootoo | Personal Leasing Consultant
Bonnie Mootoo started working in the multi-housing industry 20 years ago with Wesley Apartment Homes. She has been at Wesley Place all 13 years. What she loves most about her job is over coming objectives and meeting new people. She is originally from Guyana. During her free time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, baking and listening to music. Her favorite singer is Celine Dion. Her motto in life is If its not broken, then dont try to fix it".

Arian Verez | Maintenance Supervisor
Let me introduce you to our Maintenance Supervisor Arian Verez. He has been working for Wesley Apartment Homes for nine years now and has been in the industry for 11 years. He is very passionate about his job and loves to overcome new challenges. He always finds a way to solve and repair maintenance issues. He is originally from Cuba and during his free time, he enjoys spending time at the beach, and quality time with his family and friends.

Saul Dieguez | Maintenance Technician
Saul has recently migrated from Cuba to pursue a better life for him and his family. He has been in Wesley since February 2023. He loves to work hard to get the job done at a fast pace and efficiently. He has many years in customer service and is bringing that skill to the Wesley family. Saul loves to exercise and work out on his off time. His favorite activity is site seeing with his wife and beautiful daughter.

Yoel Batista | Maintenance Technician
Yoel Batista has been with Wesley for 2 years. Originally from Cuba, Yoel came to the United States in search of a better life and opportunities for himself and family. Yoel has a strong work ethic and prides himself on the quality, speed and efficiency of projects he completes. He has many years of experience in customer service, which allows him to contribute his skills and knowledge to the Wesley team. In his free time, Yoel enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Yoesdan Ortiz | Maintenance Technician
Yoesdan is originally from Cuba. He came to the United States almost two years ago with his children and mother. As a Maintenance Technician for Wesley Place, Yoesdan loves supporting his team and providing the residents with 5-star customer service. Currently, Yoesdan resides in Lawrenceville with his family.

I am relative new to the area only been here for about 4 months but i like it. I live in a one bedroom. It is small but nice. I don't have any of the roach problems that some people say they have. I have never had an issue with the leasing office staff. The only thing I don't like is the office does not open until 1o clock on Sunday. It does not work with my work schedule to get my packages.
