I love living at Wesley Place :)

I have lived at Wesley Place Apartments for over 5 years and my experience has been great. The grounds are nice and continuously maintained. Their administrative staff, which includes Mauricio, Bonnie, Mario and Veronica are personable and professional. I have only submitted a few repairs request over the years and my unit was always serviced within the same day. The community is also gated and secure. Overall, I love my apartment and Wesley Place has been my favorite place to live in Gwinnett County.

Nice Place to live

I have been here for 2 months and so far no complaints. Bianca was the person that helped me the whole time and she is AMAZING!! Anytime you have a question she is always willing to answer and she makes you feel super comfortable. If you have a request that needs attention she is on it! She is the best!

his is my 2nd Wesley Apartment community

This is my 2nd Wesley Apartment community that i have lived in, previously I was at Ecco 400 in Sandy Springs... which I had no issues. I can't even begin to describe the genuine spirit and level of care that my leasing consultant Bianca exhibited. I really do not understand after living here for almost a year how it is possible that these ratings are the way they are. My stay at Wesley Place has far exceeded the average level of reviews. I can't speak for everyone else but at this point my only issue is parking. Wesley Place needs assigned parking for certain areas in he community because to have to walk such a distance and go all the way up to the top floor is a bit of a stretch when you're tired from late nights at work or it's raining really bad, etc. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Shouts out to everyone in the leasing office but especially Bianca. She's just a genuine person.

I am relative new to the area only been here for about 4 months but i like it. I live in a one bedroom. It is small but nice. I don't have any of the roach problems that some people say they have. I have never had an issue with the leasing office staff. The only thing I don't like is the office does not open until 1o clock on Sunday. It does not work with my work schedule to get my packages.

I've been here for four years and the staff is absolutely great I work with Bonnie. Bonnie and Tiffany are the only reason why I continue to stay here with staff like that that caters to your needs so you can forget about a few of the Cosmetic problems with the apartment complex.
